Daniel Brauner

Attorney

Daniel Emile Brauner joined Nodier Law in 2020 where his current focus is personal injury defense with an emphasis on workers’ compensation, premises liability and property damage claims. Before joining Nodier Law, Daniel had 3 years of insurance defense experience where he handled cases involving liability, workers’ compensation, and workplace discrimination. Daniel also worked for a Legal Services Corporation, where he received invaluable litigation experience across Northern Louisiana. He formerly served as a law clerk for the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in New Orleans and the Office of Workers’ Compensation Commission in District 7, as well as an extern for The Honorable Judge Jay C. Zainey in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana.

Daniel graduated from Brother Martin High School in 2009 and thereafter obtained his B.A. in Criminal Justice from The University of Southern Mississippi. While at USM, the SGA Senate appointed Daniel to be a member of the Judicial Board, which heard student appeals for violations of campus policies. He received his Juris Doctorate at Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in 2016. During law school, Daniel was a Rule XX Student Practitioner with The Workplace Justice Project and Wage Claim Clinic. Daniel is admitted to Louisiana State Bar and United States District Court for the Western, Middle, and Eastern Districts of Louisiana.

Outside of the practice of law, Daniel enjoys playing soccer and spending time with his wife, family, friends and dog, Gumbeaux.
